Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Gestion Oso respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, how we protect it and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25).
1. Person in charge of personal information
The person in charge is [TO COMPLETE: name and title]. You can reach them at contact@gestion-oso.com or by mail at [TO COMPLETE: address].
2. Information we collect
We only collect what you send us through the quote questionnaire:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number, if you choose to give it, and how you prefer to be contacted;
- your answers to the questionnaire (project type, industry, needs, timeline, budget) and the date of your consent.
We do not store your IP address with your request.
This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
Your information is only used to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, carry out the project. We do not sell it and do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.
4. Consent
By checking the box on the form, you consent to this use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the person in charge.
5. Third parties and hosting
To run the website, some providers may process technical data (such as your IP address) or the content of your message:
- Vercel Inc. (United States), which hosts the website and processes questionnaire submissions;
- Neon (Databricks), which hosts the database where requests are stored;
- Resend, which forwards each request to us by email;
- Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr, which serve the website's fonts and libraries.
Some of these providers may store data outside Quebec. Before any such transfer, we assess that the protection offered is adequate, as required by law.
6. Retention and security
We keep quote requests for [TO COMPLETE: e.g. 24 months], then destroy them securely, unless a contract or the law requires longer retention. Access is limited to those who need it, and the website is served over HTTPS.
7. Your rights
At any time, you may:
- request access to your information and get a copy;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent or request its deletion;
- ask for it in a structured, commonly used technological format.
Write to the person in charge. We reply within 30 days.
8. Confidentiality incidents
If an incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we keep a register of incidents.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
